Couple of years ago, somebody told me if you want to study and research in Medicine, it would be better to choose the diseases in wealthy people like heart diseases, Cancer, Obesity and the like and you cannot find anything in research fields like Tuberculosis, Malaria and recently AIDS. Now I see what he said!
